We offer an efficient delivery service for all sealing profiles on sea-going vessels. We stock all rubber qualities available on the market. Due to the large quantities of rubber we process, we are able to offer excellent value for money. Our rubber qualities are produced exclusively in Europe. Processing onboard takes place by our service technicians using our SC 2000 and SC 4000 adhesive systems. |

Reconditioning of Omega seals and Evac seals
For reconditioning Omega and Evac seals, we have an extensive range of different materials available. All seals are inspected in our workshop and subsequently repaired depending on their condition. All repairs are carried out by hot or cold vulcanisation.
The material used has proven its strength and resistance for decades and can be reconditioned both in our workshop as well as worldwide on site. In addition to Omega and Evac seals, all other profiles can be reconditioned as required.

Modified variants for cargo hatch seals
Due to numerous problems with sealing profiles exposed to air, we can provide different options for modification. Seals are either reconditioned or renewed completely. Reconditioning can take place by our service technicians as required in the workshop or on site without any preliminary work being necessary. For renewal purposes, we require either the hull number, yard number or a precise drawing as is the case for new deliveries.
